Dear Parent,

I would like to thank you for your interest in my services and take this
opportunity to introduce myself. I graduated from San Diego State
University with a BA in Liberal Studies-Emphasis in Education.  After graduating, I continued with my
education and obtained my California State Teaching Credentials in both general education and special education.  I am a parent of 4 children ages 4-18.

I am currently working on my national accreditation through NAFCC- National Association for Family Child Care.  I am also a member of the National Assoication for the Education of Young Children.
I have taken training workshops in infant and child safety and CPR.

I have chosen to care for children because I want the best for my own children as well as I
enjoy watching them learn and grow. Child care continues to be a rewarding experience for me.
It is wonderful to see how well children respond to a supportive, loving environment. I know that
by teaching young children I am making a long-term contribution to the people they will become.

I have been licensed by the State of California to care for up to 14 children in my home(with an assistant). This means that, after investigating my background, and visiting my home, California has given me approval to care for children in my home. In addition, I must adhere to their strict
guidelines for excellence in child care. I provide a variety of activities for the children each
day. We have time for crafts, interactive group activities, free play, songs and stories. I have
both indoor and outdoor toys and equipment available for play. Indoors there are a variety
of blocks, books, musical instruments, dolls, tools, cars, etc. My backyard is fully fenced
and equipped with a playhouse, slides, ride-on toys, balls, etc.

I appreciate your taking the time to visit my web site. If you have any further questions,
or if you are interested in placing your child(ren) in my care, please contact me. I look
forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Disa Sicre
